Being the only UX Designer responsible for this project, I played a vital role in crafting a seamless user experience for this cross-chain trading web app. Analysing user preferences and pain areas was the first step in the trip. I created user personas and journey maps in close cooperation with the development team to pinpoint areas that could require better.

The functionality and navigation of the app were thoroughly mapped out in logical wireframes and prototypes. A key goal was to smoothly incorporate Wormhole technology, ensuring that ALGO holders could easily bridge xALGO from Algorand to BNB Chain. This procedure kept other ecosystems' liquidities while still granting access to the Algorand governance yield.

Stakeholder and user feedback was continuously gathered throughout the iterative design process and was taken into account to ensure a user-centric approach. Within the app, it was prioritised to provide users with clear communication and education regarding yield generation, the advantages of Algorand governance, and liquidity maintenance on the BNB Chain.

In order to find potential snags and enhance the operation of the software, rigorous user testing became essential. The design was significantly improved as a consequence of user input, creating a more user-friendly experience.
